Jokowi Learns from the Mistake of Countries with Economic Crisis

Liputan6.com, Jakarta President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo is currently trying to structurally reform the Indonesian national economy. His mission includes boosting the nation's economic growth through the productive and investment sectors.

In trying to make that mission a successful one, President Jokowi is requesting for all layers of Indonesian society to accept the fact that all have to go through the challenges collectively.

"Sacrifices have to be made in order for us to achieve progress," President Jokowi informed through a written statement, Saturday (11/7/2015).

He also went to share about how there is one country currently entangled in acute economic crisis because it failed to adjust with the continually changing world.

"For all these years, those countries under economic crisis failed to adjust to the global economy and took confident that they feel like they don’t need to compete," he continued.

Seeing many countries failing in their endeavour to keep their economy on the right track, President jokowi said that he is determined to spur Indonesian economic growth in every kind of way so that the nation does not have to face the possibility of experiencing crisis like in 1998 or like the one in Greece right now.
