President Jokowi Shows Gesture Signalling Likeliness of Reshuffle

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Indonesian President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo remains silent to the public regarding the issue of Cabinet reshuffling that was created 9 months ago.

The general public has for quite sometimes insisted President Jokowi to reshuffle its cabinet as they believe that many of the ministers in the working cabinet incompentent in carrying out President Jokowi’s prioritized programs.

"I get this question everywhere I go," President Jokowi said on Friday 10 July 2015.

President Jokowi however, tried to appease the public’s curiosity so he went to yield information about the possible plan of reshuffling to be done after evaluation has been performed collectively on the ministers.

"After evaluation is done on all of them then il revisit that reshuffle plan," he explained.

A couple of days, the President's communication team, Teten Masduki signalled what seems to be the likeliness of reshuffle done by President Jokowi.

"President Jokowi confirms the fact that the working cabinet needs to be reshuffled and he has shown the kind of gesture signalling the possibility of reshuffle, so we’ll just have to wait for the right time," Teten Masduki informed last Monday 6 July 2015.

Regarding the names of the candidates to fill in the cabinet position, Teten said that President Jokowi wants for it to remain a secret. (Akp/Ein)
